Tres bel emplacement à proximité plage. Terrasse très appréciable et bien exposée car elle permet soit de profiter du soleil ou de l'ombre à tout moment de la journée .Plage de sable et eau peu profonde Idéal pour une fammille avec des enfants en bas âge. A améliorer De façon générale le standing est en deça de ce qui se pratique habituellement eu égard au prix de location > 900 euros /semaine. (qualité des sanitaires (fuite, odeurs d'égouts) une douche supplémentaire ne serait pas un luxe pour un appartement de 8 personnes; changement des huisseries : la porte de la cuisine ne se ferme pas elle frotte le sol ;les vitres de 2mm (fenêtre selon standart ex yougoslavie) laisse passer tous les bruits et la musique nocture et tardive du bar d'à côté) Serviettes et torchons non fournis d'office C'est la première fois que celà nous arrive en Croatie (Ce serait un plus lorqu'on est déjà bien chargé avec 6 personnes dans une voiture) Il manque une ou 2 petites casseroles et un petit couteau tranchant pour éplucher les légumes 1 ou 2 chaises longues sur la terrasse seraient appréciables (1 touche de confort supplémentaire) A surveiller : la propreté des lieux. il a fallu que l'on fasse un grand nettoyage général avant de prendre possession des lieux . (poussières et sol mal lavé , four sale, mouche morte dans le saladier, quelques scorpions et arraignées dans des coins de pièces,et rien à disposition pour nettoyer (j'ai récupéré autour de la maison un vieux balai et une vielle pelle) ....Celà ne donne pas une bonne impression dès l'arrivée. Conclusion : Si je fais l'effort de vous communiquer mes remarques c'est vraiment dans un but constructif et d'amiloration de la qualité de la prestation . je souhaiterais que celà soit retransmis dans ce sens au propriétaire car il a avec ce logement un réel potentiel pour faire passer un excellent séjour à ses hôtes . il suffit de peu pour en faire un lieu vraiment à recommander . Même en l'état nous avons passé un très bon séjour et apprécier l'hospitalité du propriétaire Il se peut que l'on revienne .:smile:
